Payer and United Spaces in new partnership

   |

United Spaces and its owner, the real-estate company Castellum, has given the Swedish payments company Payer the assignment to develop payment flows for the next generation coworking app.

One app to rule them all
The smart app will be the central hub in the everyday life of the coworking members at United Spaces across Sweden. All services on the premises will be integrated into the app. Entry and exit procedures, meeting room booking and ordering of food, drinks and office supplies are some of the services that will be available. Communication within the member community will also be a functionality of the app.

Efficiencies at the finance department
The costs for the services will automatically be billed monthly to the client or can be paid directly with Swish (a local Swedish payment method) or by using other popular payment options like card.

Payer was chosen by United Spaces to automate all payment flows within the app including invoice management and, is at the same time, building an automated system for bookkeeping.

“The solution that Payer is delivering will free up time for the finance department and this will result in a higher service level for our members.”, says Joakim Helbig, CFO for United Spaces.

The target group in focus
“The United Spaces members are a digital tribe and is used to simple user experiences. They expect nothing less than the apps they are using on a day-to-day basis”, Joakim Helbig continues.

“Payer has a unique platform that can solve complex payment flows. What Payer is solving, with an integration to our multiple systems, is something we looked for in a supplier. Payer has created the functionality and the architecture that we need to digitise our payment streams. On top of that, it is really easy to implement the solution.”, says Niclas Ingeström, CDO at Castellum.
